Grocery Budget Challenge {Week 41}

How are you doing with your Grocery Budget?

Did you know we have a weekly challenge going?  Lucky for you, it’s not too late to join!  Here are the details about our 2012 Grocery Budget Challenge. Even if you are not yet using coupons you need to start saving by setting some goals!

I went to Albertsons to use my double coupons and I bought 4 gallons of milk, 2 boxes of crackers, 2 bags of rice cakes, bananas, 2 cans of tomato sauce, chicken and beef bullion, and a chocolate bar.

Becky: Feeding a family of 3

Spending this week: $0
Savings this week: $0

Spending for October: $37.10
Savings for October:  $124.62

Year to date spending: $1745.08
Year to date savings: $3518.36

We were on vacation all last week, so everything we spent came out of our vacation fund!  Let me tell you, a week off from coupons, and not worrying about how much we spent because we were paying in cash with money we had saved, was an AWESOME feeling!!
