Has anyone tried these baking mixes? I had tried a few when my husband first went GF, and didn’t like the texture of them. I’ve gone to baking most things from scratch, but would really like a good (moist!) go to lazy way to make something up quick when he tells me last minute that there’s a pot luck at work.

The brownie mix is one of the best GF ones we have tried.
