Homemade Milk and Honey Bath Melts
It has been a long week and I’m ready for a little R & R!! I’m sure most of you are too! So, I’m going to help you add a little more “R” to that R & R, so you can have an R & RRRRR kind of night. 😉
When it comes to making your own bath products, it can’t get much easier than this; homemade milk and honey bath melts! It’s going to take you all of 5 minutes to put together. Are you in? That’s what I thought!
This is all you are going to need:
1 Cup Milk (fresh or not, it doesn’t really matter)
2 Tablespoons Honey
Ice Cube Tray
Now that you have everything you need, simply pour 1 cup of milk into a glass and add 2 tablespoons of honey.
Stir the honey in until it is fully incorporated.
When you are ready, pour the milk and honey mixture into an ice cube tray. I didn’t take a picture of this process because pouring into ice trays while snapping pictures makes for a big mess (trust me, I spent a while cleaning it up)!
Once your ice cube tray is full, place it in the freezer and give it a few hours to harden up. When you’re ready to use them, pop a few out of the tray and take them to the tub.
Once your water is drawn, add one, two, or 6 bath melts to your water and let them dissolve.
That’s it!! I told you it was easy! Now you have a tub with water that feels like silk and all the extra moisturizers your skin is going to drink up. Kick your feet up and relax. You deserve it!
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy making these at home! I love having them ready for those nights when I need a little extra relaxation time.
Remember to like, share, tweet, and pin this post! :) Thanks!
