DIY Water Balloon Pump

What a great idea!!  My kids love having water balloon wars, but it can be such a process when Mom has to fill them all up with the hose, as well as tie them all off.  With this little trick, kids can do the fill and Mom can do the tying.

All you need is a soap dispenser that has a skinnier nozzle part.  I got some soap dispensers from the Dollar Tree that had a narrow spout, and it worked great!  So for $1, I got some hand soap, as well as a water balloon pump for the kiddos.  Easy!

Now let the kids fill up the balloons on their own, without all the waste of the water from the hose.
