Amazon Discontinues Halo Devices: See How to Get Your Refund

Amazon has announced that beginning August 1, 2023 all Halo smart fitness devices and fitness tracking will be unavailable, because they are discontinuing the line, but they are offering refunds! We have compiled all the details below to help you know if you qualify and what to do now.

What You Can Expect If You Are a Device Owner:

Unfortunately, because Amazon will also discontinue the fitness program all Halo Devices will be unusable. Hopefully, you were one of the customers that purchased one within the last 12 months. If you were, you get a REFUND! If you purchased it more than 12 months ago, you won’t be refunded for your device but can receive a refund from April 26, 2023 and on for any unused Halo subscription time.

What To Do With Your Halo Devices Now?

Amazon is encouraging everyone to recycle their devices. Amazon will cover the cost of shipping back your device and recycling it. All you have to do are these simple steps:

• Fill out the number of devices you are recycling
• Enter your address to generate your UPS shipping label
• Print the label and adhere to your return box

Last Thoughts

Don’t forget about your saved data on Halo health! If you would like to keep the data that is saved on Halo health data, make sure to click on each individual scanned image and “Save images to camera roll”. If you would like to delete your data before the app disappears, you can do that as well. Although as of August 1, 2023, all data will be deleted automatically.
