Crock Pot Hot Wings

hotwings

We love hot wings, but usually just buy a frozen bag of them at Costco.  When I came across this recipe, I thought New Year’s Eve would be the perfect time to give them a try.  SO easy!!  Just two ingredients, and your slow cooker does most all of the work.

Makes about 16 drumsticks for about $0.56 a piece

INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs chicken wings (I used drum sticks) – $5.09

2 bottles Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce – $3.96

DIRECTIONS:

Pour one bottle of sauce in the bottom of crock pot.  Add half of your wings and make sure both sides get coated with sauce.

Layer the rest of your wings, and pour last bottle of sauce over the top, coating them all.  Cook on low for 6 hours.
