You’re going to love our NO CLIP coupon organization system?

  1. Just print up these lists (links are below and are for all the coupons found in the Sunday coupon inserts).
  2. Slide the sheets in a sheet protector with your coupon inserts.
  3. Don’t clip your coupons until you’re ready to use them. You’ll often see me clipping in the aisle!
  4. Each list has the date of the last expired coupon noted, so you can quickly see when it’s time to donate that insert!

We currently have lists for:

Don’t forget that we’ve also created a list for all the coupons inside the All You Magazine!  Lists will be up soon for Omaha, Sacramento and Utah!

I would like to merge the excel pages and make it accessible from my phone – kind of like a searchable mini-database of inserts that I have in my shopping bag, instead of scanning through several different printed pages and then flipping through my printables. Just wondering if anyone has already done this and would be willing to share. Otherwise, I am going to work on it, and I would be willing to share.

  • Hi Jana, we have a database for the Idaho insert lists… you can find it from the nav bar:

    Printable coupons
Coupon Database >>>> Master Coupon List

If you do it for a different area, shoot me an email and we’ll start publishing your area too! Thanks. 🙂

  • Thank you for including Arizona!

I am new to couponing and bought my first Sunday paper yesterday, but there were no inserts at all. I got the Albertson’s coupons but nothing else. Does the Seattle Times not carry Sunday coupons?

Thank you so much Cathy! I am in Texas, so I will send you my results when I merge those spreadsheets. I just got my phone yesterday, so I’m not sure how but I know I can merge them and convert them to something my phone can read and hopefully sort. Seems like that would make my searching and clipping “in the aisle” a lot easier!

I just bought an Idaho statesman and it doesn’t have any adds. It said that there was more than $106.00 dollars worth in it and I received none. How do I go about getting what I paid for? I have heard that it is a problem in this area and I want to buy like 5 papers but not unless I get the adds. Thank you!

    • That’s frustrating, but a common occurrance for papers that are not on home delivery. A few things may have happened.
1 – someone stole the coupons (always check before you buy)
2 – they may have run out of coupons… #1 priority for coupons is for the papers with subscriptions (home delivery). With such an increase in Sunday subscriptions, they don’t have enough coupons to fill every single paper. They are on an annual contract with the publisher, so they won’t get a larger allotment of coupons until that contract is renewed. Until then, getting the subscription deal is going to be your best bet… you’re guaranteed to get coupons if you’re a subscriber!
