Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Barbecue Sauce or Marinade
Lettuce
Vegetables of Your Choice (I use tomatoes, avocados, and carrots)
Cheese (your favorite kind)
Boiled Eggs

PREPARATION:

Marinate thawed chicken breasts in bbq sauce or marinade of your choice for at least 30 minutes. Then cook and cut it into cubes or strips.

Mix lettuce and the vegetables, along with shredded cheese and boiled eggs, in a bowl.  Add the chicken, toss, and eat with your favorite dressing!
