Boo Sign

I am really enjoying making my own Holiday Decor.  Not only can you adjust it to your own taste, it is SO much cheaper than making some of the things you can buy in the store.  Plywood and wood planks from Lowe’s or Home Depot, are surprisingly pretty inexpensive, and they will cut the wood for you!!  How great is that!  You don’t have to have access to a saw to make all the cute wood signs that are out there.   I got initial inspiration for this BOO sign from this pin on Pinterest.  I then came across this cute Halloween mantel, and just loved the orange with polka dots, I decided to combine the two.  I think it turned out great!!  It was also easier than doing the chevron print, which I still love, sometimes simplicity just wins out though 🙂

When dry, glue onto board.  I had some felt spiders from a past project, and just painted it black and then glued to my board, but you could paint it on, or even maybe find a wood one at a hobby store.  I added the googly eyes to give it a bit more pizazz.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
