{Boise} Other Mothers “Freebie” Community Event

Can I just say how much we ADORE the owners of Other Mothers in Boise?

They are two of the most kindhearted people we have ever encountered.

What they are doing on the busiest shopping day of the year just exemplifies what this season is all about. Instead of focusing on all of the potential profits to be made, they are focusing on giving to others.

With that in mind, please pass on this gracious offer to those you know of who might need a helping hand this year:

Other Mothers FREEBIE FRIDAY Clothing Giveaway and Boise Rescue Mission Food Drive

WHEN: Friday, Nov. 25th from 9am-3pm (or until  they’re out of clothes)

WHERE: 2 doors west of OTHER MOTHERS BOISE 10422 Fairview Ave in Boise, ID (Fairview & Fivemile across from Kmart)

WHAT: They are giving away over a ton (that’s 2,000 lbs!!) of baby & kids clothing, shoes, small toys & misc. This year, in conjunction with their “FREEBIE FRIDAY,” they are working with the Boise Rescue Mission to help fill their pantry with food for needy families. Please bring 3 cans of food to donate. Each family will receive a bag. Whatever you can stuff in the bag is FREE.

WHY: This is a hard time of year for so many families. They hope their efforts are contagious and that others will also extend a helping hand to those in need. Let’s join together and help fill the shelves at the Boise Rescue Mission.

This year they will have extra volunteers and a better plan to give everyone a chance to shop. The clothing will be sorted into sizes to make your shopping easier.

If you know someone who is truly in need, please get them to this event.

Sarah of ATM said that at the Nampa freebie sale, they had lots of their regular consignment items stolen. Please, if you see someone at this sale with an item that obviously isn’t free, please contact the mgmt . Besides being so generous, they took a huge hit from this theft.

This is truly amazing. It brings tears to my eyes when I see that there is still such kindness in this world. Sure wish that I lived closer so that I could donate some of our clothing. Thank you ladies and God Bless you, may the kindness be returned trifold.

will this be at the Nampa store also?
