Amazon Deal: Melissa & Doug 60-Piece Standard Unit Blocks $43.73 Shipped!

Okay, I am in love with these blocks and I haven’t even seen them yet! Melissa & Doug products are the best! I am currently on the hunt for Christmas presents for my 4 and 6 year old. I prefer to buy them quality toys/games/activities they can do together that invite learning and creativity over cheaply built expensive plastic toys with a playroom life of 3 weeks. These are perfect! They have excellent reviews so I am hopeful the investment will be well worth it!

Here are a few of the reviews from Amazon!

“My kids love these blocks! I bought these 5 years ago and they have held up well. I have 2 sets of twins and they have spent many hours playing creatively with these blocks.”

“These Melissa and Doug blocks are very durable, well made and have provided hours of fun for my 4 year old. There are sets out there that just feel cheap and junky. These are nice and smooth and stack really well.”

“Best blocks for the money. Period.”

” I believe that the purchase of these blocks are probably one of the most valuable “toy” choices I have and will make.”

I. Am. Sold! I’m even considering a second set! Do you already own them? I’d love to know what you think!?

We own these and my boys do love them. Upon further research though, we were a little happier with the HABA blocks we ordered. They are a bit higher quality (even if some of them are a little smaller), and they have so many different possibilities for add-ons. With the Melissa and Doug ones, even if you love the box, I couldn’t stand trying to figure out how to put them back in every time we played with them, so I ended up just getting a big sterlite tote for all of the wooden blocks (they mix the haba and the melissa and doug ones). They are a good starting set though.
