Wouldn’t the Rosarita beans be 49 cents each when you buy two since the coupon is for two cans? 99 cents after the instant savings, then round up the 55/2 coupon to a dollar? Either way, I’m still getting them 🙂

Thanks SO MUCH for the match ups…helps tremendously!!

  • Lynde

Check your local Fred Meyer. I scored a few .50/1 Kraft shredded cheese coupons, making them .99 each after round-up. Yeah!

On the Orville Popcorn & 7-up deal, wouldn’t it be $2.69 for all 4 products?
    Orville Popcorn, BOGO = $3.69
    7 Up 2 liters = free w/ in-ad coupon
    – $1 (.75/2 rounded up)
    Total = $2.69

Is my math right? Is the in-ad coupon limit 1 on the 7 Up, or could you get 4 total 2 liters free using 2 coupons?

    Thanks for the help!

    • Ang

Correct! I didn’t put it in there just because I was trying to do the match ups with the 1 ad that everyone would have. Yes though if you have 2 ads that deal will work!

  • Amy

I think the Dawn dish soap is .25 per bottle, not free. The ad says 2 for $2.50.

    • Ang

The ad I did this from says $.99. We may be in different areas?

      • Kim

Ang is right for the NW Albertsons add. $0.99 for 9oz. dawn soap, add the rounded up $0.25 off coupon would make them free. But using the coupons limits you to buying only four in one day. Thanks for all you do Ang!

        • Ang

Thanks Kim – remember everyone that only the old P&G coupon will work (January’s). The new one from Sunday is not the same product! So get them by the 31st or you will not be able to use coupons on them.

        • Sarah

I can only get four? I didn’t see that in the coupon policy….I have a headache so maybe I missed it.

          • Kim

It is not in the Albertson’s coupon policy, to is P&G coupon policy. Look at the actual coupon.

          • Ang

If the coupon reads 4 like per day per household, then yes. You could go to another Albertsons that’s close or have a friend go with you. I know it stinks but these coupons just keep changing on us.

            • Sarah

I have three, so it would have been fine, I just didn’t know it. 🙂

              • Ang

YA! YUP you are the lucky winner of 3 dawn dish soaps! (baring they are in stock!)

                • Kim

Going to say if they are in stock. Just go home from Rexburg’s Albies and no luck for me but those way early risers, I am happy you go them all!! Bummer part is yes they can order in more but the coupons will be expired by the time they come in. To all of you who have not gone in yet to your Albies and are hoping to get this great deal on dawn soap. I would call ahead to see if they even have any, especially if that is what you are going in for. Also, our Albies was out of French’s Mustard so make a special order for these great deals!!!

                  • Dylan

Doesn’t Albertsons do rain checks when they are out of a sale item? Can we use the rain checks stacked with coupons?

                    • Ang

Yes you can do rain checks & later use a coupon with the rain check. This week though you can not get a rain check that they will round up the coupon.

  • I’m new to this… I was wondering for the DiGiorno/Coke deal, can I do that twice in one transaction or does it need to be in separate transactions?

  • Rachelle

My add is from the Portland area and it is 2 for $2.50 for the Dawn. Wish it was .99 each but .25 a bottle is still good.

  • Sarah

Can someone tell me what the R stands for after the date? —–> 3/3/13 (SS 01/20/13 R)

    • Ang

Means regional, so every area may not have it. Like in Idaho we don’t get the same coupons as Utah because some are regional.

  • Trish

When i got to Albertsons this am it was like a flash back of black friday. A guy took 50 paper towels and the lady behind him to over 20, then the lady behind her 18 then they proceeded to clear the dawn, mustard and everything else on sale. With reguards to the pg&e I know the coupon says 4 per household per day so i was sure to point that out to the manager on duty. They limited it after that but the shelves were already cleared by then. Abuse will ruin the coupons for everyone and give couponers a bad name. And seriously cant you leave a few for the rest of us. WOW.

  • Susan

    Shelf clearing is horrible.

  • Sarah

    🙁 Same thing here.

  • Sherrie

Ang where about do you live? my on line Albie says 2 for 2.50 sor the Dawn I am in Tacoma.

    • Ang

I live outside of Boise about an hour. Your ad may say $1.25 each but I have had other readers telling me they are ringing up at $.99 so, hopefully that is the case for you to. Maybe just an ad misprint.

  • Sophie

I stopped at Albies on my way from the doctors this morning. No Dawn, Bounty almost gone. But fully stocked on DiGiornio. It was 9:15. The thing is though is that it could have been multiple couponers, not just one that bought everything. I purchased 4 of the Bounty, but there was maybe room for 40 on the shelf, so it would only take 10 people to “clear” the shelf. Even less room for the Dawn. Ill just believe that lots of ladies got up early and all bought the right amount (4 per day) and that is why they are gone 🙂

Now obviously for those of you who personally witnessed the shelf clearing, that is a different story. So not nice 🙁

  • Heather H

Just got back from Albies. Bounty was gone, but I will put in a special order for some of those. There was plenty of Dawn left. My coupons (0.50/1) showed the blue Dawn ultra so I asked and they did take those, scanned just fine. Those were from the Feb P&G. I only had 4 but it was nice to get all 4. The Dawn was indeed $1.25 at my store, but getting them for .25 was totally worth it.

    • Heather H

Oh, and I didn’t see anyone else there buying Dawn or Bounty. But the cashier said they ran out of Bounty pretty early, that a “bunch” of people had come through with coupons. The shelf space for them is pretty small, probably only holds 20-30 rolls.

    • belle

I thought that was the same picture as the little blue Dawn bottle.

  • Renee

I am reading horror stories of Albertson’s shoppers all over blogs today. It’s so ridiculous. It makes couponing frustrating instead of fun, it makes stores look at us normal couponers like we’re criminals, and eventually manufacturers won’t even want to put out coupons because so many people are breaking the coupon rules.

  • Peggy

It would be nice to know which city/store location you are all finding bare shelves at so I don’t waste my time trying to get a deal when there is none to be had! 🙂

  • Are there any stores in Boise with Bounty or Dawn?

  • Kim

Go look in the soap and hand soap isles. My Albies is clearancing alot of softsoap and dial bars and hand soap and with the coupon rounded up I got some great deals. Makes up for not finding my other deals I wanted. Also alot of shampoo was being clearanced out too.

  • Becky Hemmert

With the popcorn and pop deal, can you use two of the in ad coupons in the same transaction?

    • Ang

I don’t have my ad in front of me but I am thinking there was something about 1 coupon per transaction. Check the fine print on the ad coupon if it does not say that then yes! That would make it a great deal!

  • Jody

My ad doesn’t show the multi grain or pb multigrain cheerios as being included, but those coupons are listed. Does anyone know if those varieties are included?

  • Courtney

When it says 2 for $4 or 3 for $6, do you have to buy 3? Because sometimes it will say must buy 4 and other times it wont. When it doesnt say you have to buy that number, do you still have to buy that number in order to get the deal?

    • Ang

You only have to get that number if the ad specifies a discount if you do. Like the General Mills stuff – it says must buy 5 & the back of the ad stays must buy 10 to get $5 instant savings. Otherwise no, it is a way to get you to think you have to buy more.

  • Patty

It has been awhile since I tried buying anything that is a B2G1 and I don’t remember if you can use a coupon on the free item. I wanted to buy the Axe deodorant and wondered if I can use only 2 coupons or 3.

    • Ang

You can use a manufactures coupon on the free item. The only thing you can’t use is if there are doublers out you can not use that on the free one.

  • Becky Hemmert

The save $5 instantly wyb 10, can that be done more then once in a transaction, and still recieve $5 off every 10

    • Ang

Yes & with round ups it makes it nicer than with doublers. When we have round ups all the coupons you want to use will automatically do what we want them to do without limitations. Saves so much time!
