Spring Art Activities Perfect For Your Kids
Spring is in the air! It is time to open up those windows and let your kids go outside to play!! I am not sure how things are in your home, but with the new life spring brings, my kids ALWAYS love to start creating and crafting. Here are a few of our favorite crafts to do during the spring time.
Try some out and let me know what you and your kids thing! Or even send us a picture of the final product! I would love to see!
1. DIY Paper Flower Wreath
- Card stock paper (color of your choice, but having three shades gives dimension – I used 12×12 for most pieces)
- Card board circle (cut out of a cereal box works great)
- Hot glue gun
- Extra hot glue
- Sliding paper cutter
- Double-sided tape
2. DIY Footprint Flowerpot
I purchased my flower pot and plate from Fred Meyer for $5, and already had everything on hand for painting. The only thing left to do is choose whether or not I want to add a flower already grown, or plant seeds.
