  1. Becky ~ On the RR for Walgreens…. can you only get them once? Or is it one per visit. Like could I go back and get the $2.00RR again for the Goody Hair Ties? (I matched that with the coupon in Sundays paper and got them for .50 after RR)

    Thanks!!

  2. Hi there! I’m new to couponing and I’m loving it so far! This blog especially has really helped me. Yesterday I was at Walgreens and I tried the Chex Mix coupon deal- I used the store coupon printed from coupons.com with their logo on it (no mention of a mfc, just says) and then I tried to use two MFC with it. I though the rule was that you can stack one store coupon with a MFC and then I would be able to use another MFC for the second item, but when I went to redeem my deal the cashier told me that I could either use the store coupon OR the other two coupons. I just went with it and still got a good deal on the Chex Mix, her tone was quite firm and I can’t say I wasn’t a bit intimidated to question her. I was very disappointed that I wasted the printer ink, however, and that the deal wasn’t AS good as planned.
Can you tell me- was this my mistake? Was there a different store coupon I should have used? Was it because my store coupon was printed instead of from the book? Because the deal posted above seems to use 2 MFC and a store coupon. Thanks in advance! You guys are wonderful for helping out us newbies! ^ . ^

    • Sorry- the coupon I printed from coupons.com was a redirect from the Walgreens site and had the Walgreens logo on it with “Instant Value Coupon” at the top where the manufacturers coupon text is usually at. I just wanted to clarify that.

    • I have not shopped at Walgreens much but i think there policy is only one coupon per item regardless of one being a store coupon.

      • I have been able to use a Walgreen’s coupon from their book and a manufacturers coupon in the store. I have also found one particular store in my city was quick to reject my coupons or tell me I couldn’t use a coupon. So…I starting going to another Walgreen’s and their cashiers are so patient with my couponing and helpful that I only shop there now… That store definitely has me as a loyal customer now…
