How to get your custom iPhone case:

Go here and select the iPhone model you want to create (4, 4s, or 5)
Click on the first option to “upload your design”
Choose a file on your harddrive and upload
Click “crop this image” to fit your picture the way you want it to (you’ll see a preview screen)
Hit Next
Make sure it looks just right and click the box that says you approve
Sign in and select the qty you want (you can get two for $16.99)
Select “no thanks” on the other offers opt-in
