Sweet & Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken
- 3-4 chicken breasts (I use Zaycon chicken!)
- Bacon slices, about 9-12 pieces
- Brown Sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- Chili Powder
- Garlic Powder (All I had was garlic salt this time)
- Pineapple Chunks (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces longways and season how you like with salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder.
Wrap each piece with a piece of bacon and roll in brown sugar.
Place in baking dish. Add pineapple chunks if you like.
Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through and bacon starts to get crispy.
