Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe
Spinach, Strawberries and nuts make the best Salad!
Every time Cathy and I travel to Utah we like to go to Cafe Zupas! And now that they have come to Meridian, we go ALL THE TIME! After a few meals at Cafe Zupas we have found that our favorite salad on the menu is the Nuts about Berries salad. This combination of strawberries, spinach, nuts and poppy seed dressing is so delicious. Toasted cinnamon nuts top of that salad with the perfect sweet crunch. This is my homemade version of our favorite Zupas restaurant inspired salad recipe! I did not do an exact copycat of the Zupas recipe. Here are the differences.
Nuts About Berries Zupas Salad
Fresh Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Cinnamon Almonds, Romaine Lettuce, & House-Made Poppy Seed Dressing.
My Strawberry Spinach Salad
Strawberries, Cinnamon Pecans, Romaine Lettuce, Spinach, Feta Cheese & Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing.
I took my favorite ingredients from the Cafe Zupas salad and added my own favorite ingredients. You can do the same. That is the fun thing about making salads. Each time you make a salad you can make it a little different and try a new ingredient.

I love this mixing bowl set. It is great to have lids for your bowls. When bowls have sturdy lids you can stack them in your fridge to conserve space and lids make it easier to take your bowls to a party or a friend in need. I was finally able to buy this set this week. They keep dropping down to $14.99 so keep an eye out for that great price.
