  1. Wow! That is awesome.

  2. I took advantage of $20/$100 gift card purchase. Bought two of those and got $40 to use towards groceries. I didn’t really plan on buying 19 lb turkey (smaller ones were sold out) but with $16 off coupons+catalina I totally went for it. I also got two 3 lb turkey roasts, 12 cans of evaporated milk, a gallon of regular milk, 2 French’s fried onions, 4 Campbell soup skillets, 4 BC box potatoes, 2 Pasta-Roni, 2 Rice-Roni boxes, 4 Campbell cream of mushroom soups, 3 single Paper Towels, 3 cans Essential diced tomatoes, 3 cans of beans, two 100 ct sandwich bags, and dishwashing detergent. Most of my items had coupons, I used 13 doublers, and also had catalinas from previous trips ($1.50 off dish detergent, which ended up being free; $1 off $3 paper towels, $3 off $30 purchase, and $1.50 off $3 plastic bags). I only paid $22 OOP, saved $126! and still have $10 catalina off the next purchase. If you count it, it ends up like 90% savings! Yes, I am coming back -need to get some eggs and Mrs. Smith’s pies. Now if I only knew what to do with all of that evaporated milk. Probably some will go to the food bank donations. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work!!!!!

  3. Where was the syrup coupon from?

  4. Correction on deal #1. You can’t use the Albertson’s $3/1 Butterball turkey unless you buy a FRESH turkey. And they are much more than the frozen at $1.79 a pound. I just learned that the hard way. :(

    • It depends on your store, I talked to the meat department because they had no fresh (defrosted) butterballs. So they gave me a ‘meat manager $3 coupon’. They had to raise the price because the frozen ones were cheaper, but it was still cheaper to get the $3 off coupon. Really depends on your store, I know the one I shop at was offering that to everyone.

  5. Is the $20.00 catalina when you buy $100 in gift cards advertised somewhere, or is it regional?
