– means this is when we stock up!!!
If we don’t star an item but it’s listed here, that means it is still a better deal than you would get at a superstore on any given day.

  1. I apologize for reposting this comment here when the question pertains to the 12/23-12/29 ad. I haven’t seen a response yet, so thought it might get more visibility here. Here was my question…

I have a question about the Gillette deal. Doesn’t the $10 coupon for the ProGlide wyb disposable ‘count’ against both items?…and therefore you couldn’t use the BOGO coupon on the disposables? I’ve been reading comments on another blog and wanted to get your expert input on this. Thanks!

    • Hi Lynde! I am traveling this week so I was waiting to respond to your question until I get home tomorrow and actually look at the coupons (not just the listing in the database) and talk to my favorite Rite Aid manager. My initial thought is that the $10 coupon only touches the Proglide with additional purchase requirements (like over Thanksgiving when there were deals like ‘get turkey for x amount per pound when you spend $50’…..) you can still use coupons on the other items. So I am thinking the deal is good, but have not tried it yet. When in doubt I always ask!

Has anyone else tried this deal or have thoughts to share?

      • I went ahead and tried it tonight and it did work. I was reading on another blog that gave me the idea that it possibly wasn’t ‘ethical’ couponing, but I’ve seen even more comments stating that it’s okay, so I tried it.
