Easy Lunch Box Idea: Lunch Box Smoothies

Here is a fab Back to School Lunch Idea: lunch box smoothies! Make your kids favorite smoothies and freeze them in a plastic to-go container that has a sealable lid. Then, put the frozen smoothie in your child’s lunch. By lunchtime, the smoothie should be soft enough to eat. This also has the benefit of keeping their lunch nice and cold!

10 Lunch Box Smoothies to Try

1. Strawberry Yogurt Lime Smoothie

This strawberry yogurt lime smoothie is perfect because most kids like strawberries. It’s also super easy to make and the lime adds a nice zing!

Cranberry juice, a banana, and frozen peaches, that’s what this smoothie contains. How good does that sound?

3. Green Monster Smoothie

If you want to go down a more healthy route for your lunch box smoothies, try this green monster smoothie. Just don’t tell your kid/kids that it has spinach in it! You can’t even taste the spinach anyway!
