  1. Why do you have to put it in a freezer bag? Just curious. I freezer butter and margarine all the time and never do.

    • It keeps it just a little fresher if you add the freezer bag. I too have done it with out a bag with success.

  2. I just got 5# free at albertsons with coupons today. Stashed in the freezer it went, I do it all the time!

  3. I too have frozen butter with success. I have a friend who does the same with blocks of cheese…I never have EXTRA cheese, so I’ve never tried this. What do you think about freezing cheese?
