  1. Excited to see a good deal on butter and cheese! I just got a new stand up freezer and am working on filling it up!!

  2. If you get the email with the sneek peek at Sundays ad there is also a printable coupon for triple reward points anytime through Oct 16th-22nd with your card!!!

  3. I think the Kellogg’s free book thing is only from Walmart.  I got an e-mail a week or so ago about it.

  4. Yay!  I was out of Tillimook cheese!  And stocking up on butter for holiday baking!

  5. There is also challenge butter coupons on their facebook page, if you’re looking for some more prints :)

  6. I can’t find the butter.  Is there a certain zip?

  7. I’m stoked about the .78 lb for organic apples. Is there a limit? I didn’t see one in the ad I got. To me, this seems cheaper than a u-pick price unless I can find them free. Am I right or should I hold out for cheaper?

    • I get my apples from orchards this time of the year.  There is in the about .63lb when you buy a 22lb box.  The upick price is .45lb and they are delicious!

      • Thank you, Bridget. I also saw a place close by that’s selling for $8/bucket u-pick, which may be worth the gas saved to drive to another place. I suppose if I can’t get out to pick, Fred’s price is good, but I can definitely get cheaper.

  8. Yay, I got the Cars coupon!  Fred Meyer is making my stocking stuffing easy this year:)

  9. Er, wait . . . I just read the fine print under the coupon.  It’s only valid on 6 of the bigger sets, not on the little die-cast cars.  Bummer.

  10. The $5 off of a $20 purchase Cars 2 Coupon is only good at Walmart. And it is only good for select Cars 2 products. Individual die-cast cars are not one of the items. It lists on the coupon which products it will work for. Some of these are only sold at Walmart. Just wanted to let others know – so they don’t get their hopes up.

  11. I can’t find the $0.50 Seventh Generation Coupon.

  12. Melissa B says:

I got 84070 zip to work on the butter.

  13. For the cat food it says a limit of 9 so I wouldnt be able to use my $1.00 of 20q…………right?  I will have to price match at Wal-Mart?

  14. Yvonne Bush says:

you cannot get the triple points unless you have your e-mail attached to your cards.  If you try to print it if someone sends you the link it will not work unless your e-mail is registered with your card. Alot of people tried this last time and were upset when they couldnt use it.  Please do not send the link to people

fred meyer has changed their coupon policy (to the same as kroger stores) pasting it below:

    Coupon Policy

    Fred Meyer Coupon Guidelines

    Updated September 2011

This policy is intended as a general guide to using coupons at Fred Meyer stores. Because there are many different types of coupons from many different sources, a single coupon policy can’t possibly be all-encompassing. However, these guidelines apply to most coupon situations.
Coupon policy is subject to change at any time.

    In general:

    • The Fred Meyer store manager has the right to accept, decline, or limit the use of ANY coupon upon view.
    • We reserve the right to limit no more than five (5) paper manufacturer coupons for the same product, each coupon value considered (1) coupon in the same transaction.
    • We accept coupons printed within Fred Meyer ads, mailers, flyers or emails. Customers must present coupons in order to receive the coupon price. Our coupons will state any limitations and/or restrictions.
    • We accept all valid, current manufacturer’s coupons. We do not accept expired coupons or manufacturer’s coupons that state they are valid only at another listed retailer (i.e., “Good only at Safeway”).
    • Some of the coupons in our ads are Fred Meyer coupons and some are manufacturer’s coupons. The coupon will state if it is a manufacturer’s coupon. Only one manufacturer’s coupon can be used per item.
    • Most Catalina coupons (the coupons that print out for you at our check stands) are manufacturer coupons and are stated as such. Catalina coupons that are printed with another retailer name may be accepted at Fred Meyer. Fred Meyer will receive credit for the coupon from the clearinghouse. Note: This only applies to Catalina coupons and not other manufacturer coupons that are designated as valid for use at a specified retailer.
    • We accept valid, current print-at-home coupons, including those sent to you in Fred Meyer emails or that you find on, and We do not allow print-at-home coupons that do not require any other purchase. “Free” item internet coupons can be accepted only if all purchase criteria is met.
    • Only two internet coupons per manufacturer, per Customer, per day will be accepted. Internet coupons that display the following characteristics will not be accepted:
      • Blurry
      • Out of proportion
      • Do not scan properly
      • Appear altered in any way
    • We do not double or triple coupons.
    • We do not accept competitor’s coupons.
    • Only Pharmacy Competitor Coupons are accepted.
    • Coupons cannot be combined with certain special pricing programs, including $4 and $10 generic prescription pricing in our pharmacy.
    • Amount refunded cannot exceed the cost of the item.
  16. Actually, you CANT use the $2/1 coupon for the tide that’s on sale since that coupon is for POWDER and the one on sale is only 50 oz LIQUID. I keep getting disappointed every time i see that tide is on sale, but they never seem to have the powder on sale, which is what i use,  and have better coupons for.

    • Thanks!  I was at the store today and thought maybe I was missing something as I also noticed that you would have to combine a Tide powder coupon and a liquid coupon to get that deal.  Darn!

    • :( thanks for posting! youre positive the powders not on sale, too? i didnt get to go into freddies today and i was reaaaallllllllllyyy excited to see the deal! so i hope the powders on sale aaand theres some left in the morning :) haha wish me luck! :)

  17. Make sure you use your reward card!  You will be placed in a drawing for a $500 giftcard.  You really can win.  I did!!  So, don’t forget!!

  18. Look for the Challenge boxes that says “VALUABLE COUPONS INSIDE” in the left-hand corner. There is a  .55/1 for ANY Challenge prouct and a .75/1 for Spreadable product coupon inside. They are printed on the inside of the box- you have to cut them out.

  19. My vitamin water says limit of 24

  20. .

    • sorry a one year old is helping me! the coke on sale for 2.50 is a good deal so i was excited cause i need diet coke to start my morning BUT theres 1/2 peelies! $2.00 for a 12 pack of soda :)

  21. The Tide coupon for $2 off is only suppose to be used for powder, isn’t it?

  22. Did anyone else’s store have the shick hydro razors and refills on sale? My store has them for 4.99 and there is a 4.00 off fredmeyers hanging. I didn’t think 99 cents was a bad deal for 4 refills.

  23. Today I went to FM and also used the BOGO free Tresemme coupon. Tresemme 1 L bottles are 3.49, so they were 1.75 each when I bought two. Nice deal.

  24. Has anyone done this? Today is the last day! There is an in ad $2 off Covergirl eye make-up (not limits to how many!) Stack with any of the $1 off one Covergirl product. Eye shadow singles are $3.49. 49 cents each!
