I purchased the 4 reach floss and no catalina coupons printed out. Does anyone know how to get them or am I out of luck?

I also purchased 4+ Reach floss at Smith’s Food and Drug…no catalina printed. I notified the store service manager. They looked into it…even tried to return the floss and re-do the transaction, but nothing happened. The store manager approved to refund me the $3 that the catalina was supposed to be for (I supplied proof that there was supposed to be a catalina for the Reach floss). I cannot promise that your store will do this, but this is what happened to me.

Kroger companies are all about great customer service. Within reason, the customer is always right. If they cannot help you they will do their very best to find an answer or make the situation right. And besides…it never hurts to ask
