Because they don’t tell you everything on reality television we are here to reveal the secrets of Extreme Couponing.

If you are like us, and have a fab subscription getting you 4, 5, or even 6 copies of the Sunday newspaper you probably have a LOT of coupons. You need these coupons so you can effectively build your stockpile. This means clipping your coupons could be a LOT of work! BUT there is an easier way!

Take a look at my pictorial below…

Are you coveting my cutting blade? You can snag a cutting blade of your own.

  1. is there a concern about being labeled as “gang-cut”? or is that just on many, many coupons, rather than the 5-7 i might have?

    • I went to Rite Aid a couple of weeks ago with 2 coupons to buy 2 of the same product and the manager gave me a hard time and almost didn’t take them because he said they were “gang-cut.” I had cut them out of the newspaper that morning.

      • I’ve never heard of such a thing, and I’ve been couponing for years. Thankfully I’ve never had a store mention anything like that.

  2. I have to cut my coupons soooo close to the expiration date and the bar code so they fit into my baseball card holders. It takes a little more time to be so exact. Wonder if there are better card holders that I don’t know about? I see you cut yours pretty spaciously. How do you organize once they are cut?

  3. I use a method similar to this to organize my coupons. I stack like pages like shown above but instead of clipping immediately I put them in sheet protectors in my binder then as I need them I pull them out and cut all at the same time. Saves a ton of time but I can still see all my coupons like with the baseball card method.
