Thanks to our reader Nora for submitting this recipe! I’ve got some some Italian Salad Dressing in my stockpile that needs to be used (plus a freezer full of Zaycon chicken), so this is a perfect solution! Nora says this is her family’s favorite recipe.
Easy Crockpot Italian Chicken and Rice
- Place desired amount of Chicken (whichever cut your family prefers)
- Pour 1-2 bottles of Italian Salad Dressing over the chicken (depending on how much chicken you have in there)
- Cover and cook until the chicken either pulls away from the bone or the breasts start to separate.
- Just before serving, cook rice
- Serve chicken over rice.
