You can make your blend anyway you would like but I found that this blend was the perfect combo for a quick afternoon pick me up. I really love the floral smell of the geranium mixed with the others.

First fill your glass spray bottle with 1-4 ounces of water. I had 2 ounce bottles and only filled it up with 1 ounce of water for my aromatherapy mist. Remember you must store essential oils in glass!

Next you will want to add your blend of oils in. I choose to do 1 drop of Breathe, 2 drops of Geranium, and 2 drops of peppermint. The scent is so wonderful, I think it makes a great fragrance to wear as well. It also does it’s job and gives me that extra boost of energy I need on some of those busier days I have.

You can store this mixture at room tempreature but you will want to give it a good shake before each use because oil and water will separate.
