cetaphil Cream Deal

If you have a Costco membership, there is a fab deal on Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream right now.  One of my kids has eczema and this is the only stuff we use for him, so I’m excited to see this price!

Cetaphil Cream $10.99 (20 oz.)
use the $4/1 Costco coupon in this month’s coupon book
Final Price: $6.99

That’s $.35 per oz.

Compare to Target’s price: $10.29 for 16 oz.
That’s $.64 per oz.

  1. Looks like I’m going to Costco tomorrow. Thanks so much for posting this! My daughter has really bad eczema and I’ve tried a lot of holisitic stuff that just hasn’t been doing the job. Someone just told me yesterday that Cetaphil Cream is the only thing that works, so purchasing it is on my list to do this week. AND, there’s something I’ve been wanting to get at Costco, but haven’t been able to talk myself into making the drive for just the one thing. This will make the drive worthwhile. The stars must be aligned. Thanks again for this simple post–totally makes my week!

    • You’re welcome. Make sure you get the cream in the jar, like the picture. The lotion is good stuff, but doesn’t quite do the job the cream does, at least for us. My son is 2 and his eczema used to be a lot worse than it is now. When he was a baby it was horrible. Someone told us for the really nasty, bad spots to use A&D diaper rash ointment. So we tried A&D and it helped a lot as well. It’s because it heals and also protects skin. So that’s just another idea you might want to try. We tried at least 7 or 8 things (everything people told us worked for them) but A&D and Cetaphil were finally the ones we stuck with.

  2. I thought that Costco didn’t take manf. coupons? I hope they have changed their policy.

  3. If you do not have the Costco Coupon book you can always ask the Membership counter if they have extras. If the membership counter is all out, just tell the cashier that you do not have your coupons with you, they will then give you the coupon.

  4. Can you use this on your face? What does is smell like? I have a prescription from the doctor and it smells like desitine and my teenager doesn’t want to use it. Also you can’t use it on her face and she is very conscience on the spots on her face. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    • You can. I’m sad to say my 6 months old is getting little spots on his face like my 2 yr. old had when he was a baby. But this time I know better how to control it. I use this on my baby’s face, and have used it on my 2 yr. old’s face since he was a baby. It is labeled fragrance free and just has a really mild lotion scent.

      • Let me just also throw in I’m clearly not a doctor but I went through heck with my 2 yr. old trying to control his eczema when he was only 3 months old. If her face is cracked or bleeding, you may want to have her use what the Dr. gave her at night to heal it. Then use Cetaphil to keep it from excessive dryness and getting to that point again. Cetaphil isn’t so much for healing as it is for preventing it from getting really bad again.

  5. Just a quick note that if your child has significant eczema, you may want to consider seeing an allergy doctor. My two year old has terrible eczema, and we have discovered that he has significant (think epi-pen) allergies combined with more mild allergies. Altogether, his skin was manifesting eczema because of it. Once we were able to get the allergies under control, his skin started to clear up. Just wanted to share…hope this helps! :)

  6. It’s funny that I just read this post today since I was already planning on going to Costco tonight to buy some. It is AWESOME and definitely one of the few Costco coupons that actually make a good deal!

  7. Christine says:

Has been forever since I shopped at Costco and I could never remember my coupons. Can you buy more then one if you have more then one coupon?? How does couponing for multi able of the same item work there. Thanks

    • The coupons will tell you the limit right on them. And if there’s not one, it will say No Limit. The Cetaphil coupon limit is 6.
