Cool Whip Fruit Dip Recipe

I thought this would be a fun recipe to post today because it is a great dip to serve for the holidays and a lot of us scored cheap Cool Whip recently with the $1/2 Cool Whip coupon (NLA) and sales.

One day, years ago, my wonderful Aunt Cammie needed to come up with a fun dip in a pinch. So, she combined a container of whipped topping and a package of instant pudding. Let it set overnight in the fridge and the result was fabulous! Fluffy and sweet, and only 2 ingredients needed!

Cool Whip Fruit Dip

Let the Cool Whip thaw in the fridge until you can easily combine the Cool Whip and the dry instant pudding mix. Stir the 2 ingredients together in a bowl. Then put the bowl in the fridge and let it set for a few hours or overnight. After setting, the texture becomes nice and fluffy. Serve with apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes, or whatever else you desire!

I used a vanilla instant pudding mix in the pictures, but you can use lemon, chocolate, cheesecake or any other pudding flavor that you desire! You can also make this dip with an 8 oz Cool Whip & a 3.4 oz pudding mix.
