4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Yoshidas Original Sauce
1 t – 1 T Tabasco Sauce (optional)
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups water
1 T butter or margarine
Stir Fry Vegetables: Broccoli, peppers, onions (optional)
- Grill or bake chicken until cooked through.
- To cook rice bring 2 cups of water to boil. Add butter. Add rice and cover. Turn heat down to low and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
- Slice chicken into long thin slices.
- Top with Yoshidas sauce. If your family likes spice, add Tabasco sauce according to spicy preference.
