How are you doing with your Grocery Budget?

Did you know we have a weekly challenge going?  Lucky for you, it’s not too late to join! This week we have more than one way to win.  Here are the details about our 2012 Grocery Budget Challenge. Even if you are not yet using coupons you need to start saving by setting some goals!

I did a lot of shopping this week. More than I usually do. I went to Rosauers, Fred Meyer and Albertsons.

I stocked up on canned veggies for .25 a can and got some staple food that was priced really well!

Looks like everyone went a little over budget this month, but that is okay because we were under budget last month.

Becky: Feeding a family of 3

Monthly grocery budget: $200

Spending this week: $122.29 (last 2 weeks)
Savings this week: $0! (I didn’t use a single coupon!)

Year to date spending: $612.60
Year to date savings: $961.54

Amber: Feeding Family of 4

I had all my family town for a week, so my grocery budget exploded! So worth it though to have so many people I love under my roof!

Savings For March: $348.62

Year to date spending: $645.22
Year to date savings: $676.45
