My Garden Progress: Last week I told you that I was no longer going to have a garden this year because we are in the middle of a major remodel and our we have too many sprinklers broken for my hubs to dedicate time to. BUT this week he decided to build a garden bed from the scrap wood we have from the remodel. Wahoo! We will have fresh garden produce after all. I will have to get in the dirt this weekend and plant all of my seeds. It will be a little late, but it is not too late.

Freezer Meal Recipe: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust (store bought or Homemade Pizza Crust.
- 2 Cups mozzarella cheese
- ½ Red onion sliced
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1-2 Cups BBQ Sauce
- Cilantro
Instructions
TO FREEZE:
Cook chicken and cut into small slices or shred.
If you got a store bought dough let it warm to room temperature.
Roll out your store bought or homemade pizza dough, or hand press onto foil pizza pan.
Spread BBQ sauce over pizza, top with cheese, chicken, onion; and cilantro. Add a little more cheese on top.
Wrap with plastic wrap and then with foil.
TO PREPARE AFTER FREEZING:
Remove plastic and foil. It was super easy to take my pizza off the disposable foil pan and put it on my pizza stone. But you can bake it in the disposable pan as well. Bake @ 400 for 20 min (from frozen).
When we prep the pizzas as as group, we each put our own together, as some don’t want cilantro (this makes it delish though!), or I’ll only put onions on half, and so on.

My Review
I got to go to IHOP last Saturday and try the NEW for a LIMITED TIME Brioche French Toast! I took the boys for breakfast after soccer. This was HUGE breakfast! Not only did I get the two think pieces of french toast I also got eggs, 4 slices of bacon and hash browns. This was totally a meal I could share! Sweet deal! Feed two people for less than 8 bucks!
LOVED THE FRENCH TOAST: I could not decide what I liked more the thick and rich taste of the french toast, the crunchy toasted pecans or the whip cream on top! Note: Brioche French Toast is only available until June 2nd , 2013. So you better hurry and get ya some!
