20 of Our Favorite Zucchini Recipes

Summertime is zucchini season and you know what that means: you need some great zucchini recipes to use up your supply! We’ve got you covered with desserts, sides, and mains to help make sure none of your delicious zucchini goes to waste.

And while we’re on the topic of keeping zucchini fresh, here’s something ALL zucchini lovers should know how to do:

How to Freeze Zucchini

Before we get into the zucchini recipes, as I said above, it is SUPER useful to know how to freeze your zucchini. Once it starts growing, it can get pretty out of hand and you can end up with WAY more than you know what to do with.

While you can give some away to friends and family, freezing is a great option if you love cooking with zucchini as it allows you to use it in your recipes all year long.

It’s pretty easy to freeze your zucchini at home too! You can even shred the zucchini before freezing for easy use later on. For more details, read our zucchini freezing guide.

Now let’s get to the recipes!
