Comments

  1. Woohoo I found a great deal with the Finish at Albertsons in Billings Montana. The store I went to had the 20 ct powerball on clearance for 2.59 and it still counted towards the $10/$30 promotion. I got 2 packs of the quilted northern, 2 canisters of clorox wipes, and 6 packs of finish for $18.62 OOP and used my $10 catalina to get 10 lbs of ground beef (on sale for 2.99) at 1.99 lb.

  2. Does anyone know if you can get another 10.00 OYNO when you use the first one on that same order?

  3. Ok, I’m not seeing the 10$ coupon for the Enfamil Large tubs on coupons.com?? Is 90210 the right zip for that?

  4. I read reports that some people had cashiers allowing them to buy as many as 8 boxes of the finish tabs in one transaction instead of only 2 at a time. Do the stores still get compensated equally for this? Also wonder why some stores $10 catalina will print for a $30 total BEFORE coupons and others will only print for $30 AFTER coupons? Some consistency would be nice.

  5. Hi i have a question about the spend $30.00 get $10.00 catalina

    I am looking at buying:

    All detergent x8 using $1/1 coupon (8)
Hefty Zip lock bags x 10 using $1/2 coupon (5)

Could someone help me figuring out the total???? I want to make sure that I am doing this right. thanks so much Lisa

    • I was looking in the ad and it says $3.50 each for the ALL
and $2.00 each for the hefty zip lock bags

so here is what I came up with———

      All detergent $3.50 x 8 = $28.00 w/o coupons but with coupons its $20.00
      Zip lock bags $2.00 x 10= $20.0 w/o coupons but with coupons its $15.00
but then you can use 3 doublers $1/1 x 3 =$3.00 so for a grand total it would be $32.00 plus tax is this right or could I do it differently the only reason why I did so many is because it has to total $30.00 to get the catalina. Any help would be great thanks so much Lisa

    • Buy (8) All Detergent @ 3.50 = 28.00
      Buy (10) Hefty One Zip @ 2.00 = 20.00
      Total before coupons = $48.00

      Use (8) All $1/1 = $8
      Use (5) Hefty $1/2 = $5
      Total OOP = $35

      Receive $10 catalina
      Grand Total = $25
      Total Savings = $23

That’s pretty close to what I’m doing too. Since it states in the paper that the catalina is for $30 purchase after the coupons are calculated, I am planning on sticking to that rule. I’d rather feel honest about my purchase than try to save a few extra dollars. :)

  6. Just wondering if anyone has tried to use the finish coupon in IF yet? Just wondering if I should try my luck.

  7. Random Albertsons question. A couple weeks back P&G had Catalinas for products and I got four $1. It says its a “manufacturer” coupon, so would those be coupons we could double??

  8. Is the Hefty one zip coupon regional? I am in Spokane, WA and am not finding it in my RP. Also, is the Quantum Finish included in the sale? I have several $1/1 coupons for the Quantum that came in the boxes of Finish I previously bought. Also, some of the boxes have .75/1 Quantum on the inside of the cardboard box.

  9. Carolyn H. says:

I don’t know why the coupon for the Land O Lakes butter is not listed BUT it will be free after doublers on Sunday. There is a .75/1 printable coupon from coupons.com use zip code 60051 if you can’t find it!! Double that and the butter will be free! :) Unless I am mistaking but the coupon says .75 off 1 package of Land O Lakes butter so that would work! :)

  10. Does anyone know if the whole grain pasta is included in the Barilla pasta sale?

  11. I’m planning my shopping trip for this sunday so i can use Twice the Value coupons. I’ve done them before where i’ve done three seprate transactions in one visit which they allow. My question is, can you come back later that day and do three more? how would they know? thanks!!! :)

    • You can go directly to the back of the line and do 3 more transactions. Their rule of 3 in a row is just to keep their lines moving.

      • i was told it was only 3 transactions per person per day! :( so I’ve been traveling to about 3 seperate albies in my area!

        • Depends on the cashear …. some times i have to put my 1st 3 in the car and get back in line… Witch I do with a Smile!!!

          • So I had to deal with this exact problem last week.. So frustrating..The cashiers and floor manager told me with the new coupon policy that now you can only do 3 transactions per day…I pulled up the policy and asked them to show me where it limits it to 3 per day..they pointed out the 3 consecutive transactions, and i told them that they were right you can only do 3 consecutive (which has not changed) but no where does it say only 3. Anyway, I contacted Albertson’s headquarters.. Then the store manager called me the very next morning and told me that I was indeed right.. You can only do 3 consecutive transactions, however I can do as many as I want of those 3 consecutive transactions.. He said he didn’t care if i left the store between them (but some stores do) and he said if no one is behind me then he would let me do as many as i want…

        • yes, its true it does depend on the cashier thats y I always go midnight of satrday…….=]..i DO ALL MY SHOPPING AT THE SAMETIME…=]

  12. My Albies has lots of peelies on their Starbucks coffee for $1.50/1. :) 36th and State

      • But the Finish in the Ad says 20ct…so you couldn’t use that coupon.

    • It didn’t work for me just now.

  15. So the Deal where we save $10 on our next shopping trip when we buy $30 worth of stuff… does the $30 have to be after manufacturers coupons are scanned or no?

    • Fab about Albertsons says:

Fine print says it is after coupons, but that is still RARELY ever the case, even when that is how the fine print reads. Nonetheless, it is always a possibility that this will be the time they stick to the fine print.

  16. The finish coupon states it can be used on only two of the same PRODUCT in one transaction – would buying 2 boxes of gelpacs and 2 packs of the tabs be in compliance with this? In my mind it would work since they are 2 different products, and the coupon does not state 2 Max coupons.

    • Fab about Albertsons says:

Yes, I would think that would do the trick–they are technically not the same product. I would, however, double check with your cashier, just so your whole shopping trip doesn’t crumble as a result of a cashier who doesn’t see it that way.

    • It would work – they are different products.

  17. Also, keebler is having a rebate on their white fudge pretzels. So you could get them free after the rebate!

  18. Ashley Swigart says:

For the $30 to get$ 10 is the$ 30 calculated before or after coupons

    • Fab about Albertsons says:

Fine print says $30.00 after coupons are redeemed, but in my experience, that is rarely ever the case, even when the fine print says it. Nonetheless, it is a possibility.

    • I was coming to ask this same thing. That’s what it says in the ad….after coupons…but I haven’t seen it happen that way locally. I am going to try and confirm with my store today and place an order.

  19. Any rumor of doubles or can i get my shopping done tomorrow?

  20. On the B2G1 free will Albertons let you use a coupon on the free item?

    • The policy just changed and I believe that you now can use a coupon on the free item. Also I have had it confirmed that doublers ARE coming this weekend!!

  21. on the campbells chicken noodle soup.. is it b2g1 for each 2 you buy? cause then it be a better deal to go ahead and get all 6..and use the $1/5 coupon. make em .37 each?

  22. On the campbells chicken noodle, shouldn’t you buy six since if you bought 5 you would still be getting one for free and wouldn’t that reduce the overall cost?

  23. Yes we got then in p-town

  24. Anyone know if the finish q’s (The 2.15 ones?) Came out in portland ? My binder is in my car with my husband… at work. -_-

  25. the last half of your post “$10 on next shopping trip” was that in a different ad other than what came in the mail because mine did not include that bit.

    • It’s a 4 page insert to the ad…it has Pet Care Values on the front and the $10 on your next shopping trip on the back. Mine came in this evenings newspaper.
