  1. great write up, I miss all of the “BLUE BOXES” with Catalina deals we had a couple of years ago ;( thanks for all the help
    Kari

    • I looked there were no Catalinas that matched up the Barilla Pasta Sauce was still printing out tonight so here’s hoping it continues.

      • Heather says:

I went last night and the Catalina was still printing! I got $1 for my first 3 and $2 each for my second and third sets of 3 (separate transactions). Not sure why I only got $1 for the first set, but I sure can’t complain!

  2. IF you have a Fred Meyer… Skippy is $1.49 this week thru Saturday.

  3. Are Albertsons grocery ads no longer the same for all areas? I see several prices on FF that do not match my paper.
    Thanks
    Leslie

    • Leslie – funny you mention that! There was even an issue with getting the match ups done. One source was one price & the other was a different price. The milk seemed to be the biggest deal. I think that Northern Idaho, Washington, & Oregon will remain part of the NW area. The rest of Idaho are now part of a different area. I think that’s why there is a variation of prices.

  4. the Barilla catalina will run through 5/19!

  5. Shannon says:

The Hawaiian Punch for 2.50, is that in the ad somewhere, I could not find it and was wondering how big a bottle, any specific types etc.? Thanks!

    • It was in a middle insert – I don’t think the insert was in all the ads. It only said Hawaiian Punch, gallon.

  6. Debra Barowsky says:

Have you heard if they will be doing round ups or doubles again?

    • We have no official word but are hearing that there will be no more doublers & round ups may come randomly a couple of times a year.

  7. Nicole Fischer says:

I was hoping to Get the pork chops for $.99 a lb. But the stores in my area had them advertised at $1.29 a lb. Still not a bad price, but still a bummer

    • Sorry Nicole – we are trying to work everything out with what deals are for what areas. We are working on making sure we have them covered the right way. :)

  8. phyllis says:

pork chops for $.99 a lb…. even $1.29 would be good. In my ad (Grants Pass, Or) they’re $1.99. bummer for sure!

  9. Bought 6 boxes barilla pasta tonight and no catalina :( oh well. Still a great deal on something we needed! We were out of pasta and the store was overstocked! Also I’m in grants pass Oregon too and pork chops were$1.29. Great deal I think!

    • It’s the Barilla Pasta Sauce that had the catalina. I agree $1.29 is still a good deal. That’s weird that 2 of you are in the same area & have 2 different prices. Hope they get these changes done soon!

  10. So unhappy with no doublers that I have not been shopping at Alberstons. Yesterday I decided the past is past and went shopping. I bought 2 # of pasta, 4 rice-a-roni, 2 grape jelly, 2 cake mix, 2 mustard, 6 pkg Hersey bars, box of graham crackers, marshmallows, 2 boxes fruit bars, 1 box drumstick cones, bananas, 2 dozen eggs. I paid $20.00 which I thought was not bad at all. With doublers I would have saved another $9.00, sigh. I opt out on the $1.29 pork chops and bought them at Safeway for $1.49. Absolute beautiful chops without all the fat as in mixed chops.

  11. Nanette says:

You can use the .55 off California milk coupon on the butter 1.99 – .55 = 1.44 lb stock up price for me!
