I picked up 4 packs last night for diaper cakes im making, and not one pack had the $25 coupon book in them, so I called p&g and they have the best customer service, 3 simple questions, and 10 $10 coupons are being sent out to me, he said they had a batch that missed getting them I gave him the upc code and mine were on his list. Im a happy camper.
