It’s a great question! It means regional, so doesn’t always mean Idaho didn’t get it, but most times it does. This is when I buy those coupons on eBay. Things cost more back east so sometimes they get “better” coupons than we do. Like the ragu this week. Hope that helps! Thanks for the awesome comment!
