For some reason I do not see the Target coupons on their website. Am I missing something?

Twin Falls Target refused to accept both MQ and TQ at the same time. Two managers examined MQ and because of its wording “not to be combined with any other offer” they told me I could not use TQ. I always feel they dislike couponers for whatever reason.
i saw that on the coupon aswell after i printed it .. i was contemplating if i should try it :/ anyone else had problems, or tried this with positive outcome?
My Walmart will subtract (Price Match) the Target Coupon….and you can still us the MQ as well. : )
hmmmmmmm. Interesting, it’s actually against their coupon policy because they do not accept “cents off” coupons, coupons should state the price:
