Great trip, thank you for posting & thanks for the Wheat Thins coupons, those are our FAVES! Question: does anyone know how the Idahoan potatoes taste? I’ve never bought dry potato mixes like that and am wondering if they’re any good? I guess for less than a buck anything’s worth a try, right?
They’re really not bad, and great for quick fixes for dinner, if you don’t have the time to prep whole potatoes!

Dangit, I keep seeing people post about FM home mailers, are they only for people who have spent enough at FM to get a rewards certificate? Because I spend a lot of money there, just not that much, but a home mailer would still be nifty!
Edie, do you show your rewards card every time you shop? If so and you’re spending even I’d guess a $100 a month there you should be getting these things.
Oh, and a lot of the coupons that are mailed home are tailored to your shopping. My last batch of coupons were awesome for us because they were for things we actually buy!
Yes use your FM rewards card and they will send you coupons based on your purchases. I don’t think you have to purchase a minimum amount either.
I stumbled across this today at Fred Meyer. Buy 5 2ltr of Sierra Mist for $1.50 each. Combine with 5 $1/1 blinkie coupons located by the produce and the buy 4 get 1 free coupon also located by product and it works out to be $.20 each before tax
