Can you help me? I am new to Ebates. I signed up for an account and entered my info for the cash back. It is showing my $5 cash back for this Walmart purchase, but I’m not sure how to get the $10 gift card for joining. I don’t want to miss out just because I’m missing something obvious. Let me know if you know what I’m missing. Thanks.
Kelly, it sounds like they automatically gave you the $5 bonus for joining instead of the $10 gift card. I’m sorry about that. The cash back from your purchase usually takes a few days to show up. I would email Ebates (under the “Help” tab on Ebates.com) and ask if it is possible for them to remove the $5 bonus and let you choose the gift card instead.
