As a toilet paper snob partial to Charmin, this is definitely a stock-up price! It beats Costco even when there’s a coupon for it, and beats any of the Amazon deals posted on your blog. I don’t have the Target coupon from the 10/28 regional RP. Using just a .25/1 coupon from one of the P&G inserts it works out to be .15/regular roll (12 pack mega rolls = 48 regular rolls). Thanks for posting the match-ups!

  Yes, the $5 Target coupons are regional (note the “R” for Regional in the coupon insert specified “RP 10/28/12 R”). I thought about ordering a few from ebay if they were available, but since they expire 11/30 figured I probably wouldn’t get them in time
