Double Coupon Rules
Kmart has a few rules for double coupon events. Make sure you understand them before you try to shop it!
- You must reach $25 in grocery and drugstore merchandise (before coupons)
- You must have a Shop Your Way Rewards Card (give to cashier first, before you scan any items or coupons)
- Scan all items before scanning any coupons, to be sure you get to $25
- Kmart will double manufacturer’s coupons up to $1
- Limit of 5 coupons doubled per day
- No cash back or credit given (no overage)
- Limit of 4 of the same items
- Excludes B1G1 Free Offers
- Don’t check out at customer service, they have no catalina machines and the registers are different.

Yesterday at my Kmart I saw a display at the entrance with a rebate form for covergirl and Olay products. Spend $20 and get $10 back! I haven’t seen it on line at all so check your stores!

Is is a Kmart rebate or anywhere? Works great with the sale and P&G Promo this week.
I would have expected it to be by the makeup but in my store it was RIGHT by the front door as you come in by the anti-theft scanners on a tall display.
Okay, going back Thursday, I will scout it out!
Wouldn’t you know, there it was right on an ad on the anti-theft detectors. Weirdest place ever, I don’t think I would have ever noticed that! Thanks for the tip.
I did the kmart kao brands deal. spent 24.00 but after coupons it was 18.08 so SYW wouldn’t add the 5,000 points to my card, but the register did print the 5.00 coupon. I’m thinking about returning products and trying again because that was why I bought it all in the first place.
Sue Cole, the points have not been working for a lot of people, both with and without coupons. I would ask at customer service since it is clearly marked in the ad.
Sue, the same thing happened to me today with the points not working on a scanned offer of 5000 points. I talked to a manager and they just gave me a $5 gift card without batting an eye. Made me happier to have the giftcard anyway! Take in your documentation and speak to a manager – see if that works before redoing the deal…
I had what is probably my best shopping trip EVER today at Kmart! I purchased 2 covergirl makeup (14.99 for the first one, 2nd one was half price at 7.49), a Pantene shampoo and a Pantene conditioner (4.99 each), 2 bags Lindor truffles (4.49 each), and 6 bags of Mars brand Halloween candy (2.38 each). I used 2 $2 off coupons for the makeup (took off $4), a coupon for “buy a pantene shampoo get conditioner FREE” (took off $4.99), a Kmart coupon that stacks with the manufacturer coupon for $2 off pantene, limit 4 (took off $4) and 3 printable coupons for $1 off when you buy 2 Mars bags (took off $6 due to doubles!) and 2 coupons for FREE Lindor chocolates from FaceBook (one from my account, one from my spouse’s) a couple of weeks ago (took off 8.98).
Giddy!
Because my total was over $25, my coupons that were $1 or less doubled. Because my total was over $50 I got a free Kmart giftcard in the amount of $5, per the Kmart ad. I had a coupon from email for an extra 5,000 points ($5 value) but the coupon didn’t scan so the manager gave me a giftcard for $5 to fix that. Because I spent over $30 in P&G products (the Pantene and Covergirl), I recieved a register coupon for $10 off my next $10 purchase at Kmart. On top of that, there’s a rebate for the Covergirl makeup – spend $20 get back $10! SO! I SPENT $26.88 after coupons, GOT BACK $20 in coupons/giftcards to spend on my next Kmart trip, AND will be getting back $10 in the rebate! SO!!!! After coupons, gift cards, and the rebate – I got $55.72 worth of merchandise and they essentially PAID ME $3.12 to do it! That’s right! After everything this was a $3.12 moneymaker!
Check your emails, because there’s a little link on one of them for $165 in Kmart coupons. Came in just the last few days. That’s where I got the $2 off pantene coupon to stack with the B1G1 manu coup!
