Double Coupon Rules
Kmart has a few rules for double coupon events. Make sure you understand them before you try to shop it!
- You must reach $25 in grocery and drugstore merchandise (before coupons)
- You must have a Shop Your Way Rewards Card (give to cashier first, before you scan any items or coupons)
- Scan all items before scanning any coupons, to be sure you get to $25
- Kmart will double manufacturer’s coupons up to $1
- Limit of 5 coupons doubled per day
- No cash back or credit given (no overage)
- Limit of 4 of the same items
- Excludes B1G1 Free Offers
- Don’t check out at customer service, they have no catalina machines and the registers are different.

I bought the 5.49 cottonelle today. it was priced at 4.99 and when you buy 3 it takes off three, making them 3.99. Then my store had $1 off just the cottonelle making the 12pk 1.99 when it doubled! AWESOME deal

Yes, $25 after store coupons, but before tax and manufacturer’s coupons.
My Kmart also doubled ten coupons! I do have a dilemma though. Each time I contact the store they have no idea what I’m talking about. I usually see the coupon doubling promotion in my advertisement but I didn’t this week. Then when I called they said that they were not doubling. I called the 1866Kmart4U number and they also are clueless… So who do I actually contact with questions?
That is frustrating about Kmart. Their stores employees seems to be lack information on what is going on. I usually email and they answer within a day. help@customerservice.kmart.com
Is the $25 dollar limit after kmart coupons or before kmart store AND manufacturer coupons? I have done the deals befor but not with stacking to get the doubling. Just want to know how to get to $25 without oing over too much

Do u give the Kmart Coupons then MF Coupons or MF Coupons then Kmart Coupons?
This is the best order:
1. Scan Card
2. Scan all items
3. Scan all store coupons
4. Scan manufacturer’s coupon (the ones you want to double on first).
5. Scan any catalinas
6. Use any gift cards.
I’m sorry I just don’t get it. My Kmart don’t give Catalin just Kmart Saving Coupons an Rewards Coupons. Is that a store coupon?
Those would be under “catalina” coupons and would be last.
I went today and I tried 6 and they all doubled, so I assume 10 are. However, this is not in print anywhere, so it a huge YMMV situation!
KMart in Arkansas is doubling 10.
I’m new to couponing at KMart. I have a question I purchased 4 bottles of Jergens lotion for 20.00 today. I received the 5.00 off next purchase coupon but did not get my 5000 bonus points. I used manufacturer coupons so my out of pocket was not 20.00. SYWR customer service said with rewards, your out of pocket has to meet or exceed 20.00 excluding taxes and after any other discounts. I don’t consider manufacturer coupons “other discounts”. Anyone else had this happen?
Coupons should not effect this deal. I don’t think the points have been working for most people. Manufacturer’s coupons are not “other discounts”.
HAs anyone had any luck with the kao jergens deal 5000 point rewards? I’ve tried serval times and no success
I have not tried it. Did you get your catalina? I would take the receipt to customer service with the ad. It is clearly outlined in the ad. They should be able to help you figure it out. If not, I would try calling Kmart customer service. Good luck, and sorry you had an issue, that is so frustrating!

Coupons should not effect this reward. Did you ask at customer service in the store too? I am sorry this deal doesn’t seem to be working for everyone.
Yes I called customer. They told me this is a batch coupon, meaning if requirements are met that points will post within 30 days. However because I used coupons on the Jergens lotion, my out of pocket did not reach 20.00 therefore, I was not elgible for the bonus points. I have had two reps from SYRW tell me total purchase must be met after coupons applied and before tax. Thanks!
Thanks for the update J! I am not sure this deal is working for anyone whether or not they used coupons. Very frustrating!
When I checked out at Kmart the other day the cashier scanned my card, rang up my purchases, then took off my $$$ rewards that were on my account, then I handed her my coupons and the computer wouldn’t take them so she had a Manager come over and he said the coupons need to be scanned before any rewards are taken off. So they had to void out the transaction and start completely over…the whole while people behind me are huffing and puffing…their cashiers are not trained very well, but that being said just tell the cashier before hand to save yourself the hassle.
