My Gluten Free Challenge plan…
I am starting the Gluten Free Challenge today and I will go until October 21st. I was so pleased to get so much feedback on my Should I Go Gluten Free post last week. Fab friends on the Fabulessly Frugal facebook had lot’s to share too! After reading all of your comments I felt cautiously motivated to get started. Some of you expressed concerns about me losing nutrients in my diet. Others were concerned that I could not be properly diagnosed down the road if I rid my body of gluten now. I appreciated that feedback. So I have decided that I will be sure to take my multi-vitamin daily and I am only going to try this for the two week challenge. If I notice a difference I will consult my physician before I go any further. I do not think that I have celiac disease, I do not get stomach aches. I am not too worried about jeopardizing a diagnosis by trying the gluten free challenge for two weeks.
