Banana Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

 Ingredients:

1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Banana
1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or
1 T Vitacost Whole Food Shake (optional)
1-2 cups of ice

Put pumpkin, banana, yogurt, vanilla, spices, food shake, and ice in your blender and blend, blend, blend. Vitacost Whole Food Shake it totally optional it does not add flavor to the shake, just vitamins and nutrients.
