KEY:
★- means the price is better than generic/wholesale/mass store prices!
★– means this is when we stock up!!! {aka Extreme Couponing… done right}
If we don’t star an item but it is listed here, that means it is still a decent price. It’s not necessarily better than any competitor’s price, but it will save you a trip across town.

It all began on October 8th, 2008. Cathy and Monica started this coupon blog to help friends and family learn about their new money saving hobby couponing! Since then they have taught thousands of women (and men)

Where did you get the ad from? I can’t seem to find it online anywhere?
I can’t seem to find the FM Cottonelle ecoupon. What should I be looking under. I tried paper products and personal care.
You have to sign up for emails through Fred Meyer, then they send you an email like Walgreens does. Thats the only way I know of(=
You can also find them on the fred meyer website.
Does anyone remember last year when Freddies sold those large boxes of blueberries for a killer price? What time of year was it? Did they do it again and I missed it? My children LOVE to eat frozen blueberries as a snack. We are out and I would love to stock up again.
I’m pretty sure that already happened a month or two ago.
