That was what was supposed to happen, but neither of my catalinas printed. 
What do you do when your catalina doesn’t print? Did you know that catalina has a new online form to request your catalina? It takes 5 minutes and you get a reply in less than two days. Plus the catalina is mailed to you in less than 10 days! I have already contacted catalina and both my replacement coupons are being processed.
However, it is always easier to have it print at the store. Here are a few tips for Kmart catalinas.
- Do not check out at customer service , they do not have catalina machine hooked up to their registers.
- Double check that the catalina machine is on, ask the cashier.
- Make sure you have the right items for the promo (sizes and brands). Some store brand packaging is very similiar to name brand.
- Some Kmart catalinas print out on the register tape (sometimes referred to as CRTs) and some print out from the catalina machine. I try to specify which type is which, if I know, so you can know where to look for your catalina.
- If a promotion is listed in the ad, ask at customer service if it doesn’t print. They may be able to print one, give you a gift card, or a place to contact. If is not listed in the ad, it is probably a promotion from catalina and it is best to contact them directly.

I live in GA and at my kmart, the catalina didn’t print either for the kraft deal. I bough 2-velvetta shells dinners, 2-oscar meyer deli meats, and 2-mio waters. I’m going to fill out the form you suggested. Thanks!
