It all began on October 8th, 2008. Cathy and Monica started this coupon blog to help friends and family learn about their new money saving hobby couponing! Since then they have taught thousands of women (and men)

are they gift cards for aveeno working on the baby body wash? its all my kids use and I’m out.
Almost every single Aveeno item was marked… I didn’t look at the body washes, but I know the normal ones are making it work, so I’d assume the baby ones are. It’d be worth a trip. There’s even a coupon! $2/1 Aveeno Hair Care or Body Wash Product, exp. 7/31/12 (SS 06/03/12)
Do you know if the clinical/medical (not sure which it’s called) Head and Shoulders is $6.99 as well?
as far as I could see, it was all of them size 23.7 oz or smaller
Is this a good deal for the head and shoulders? Seems a bit high? Thx for a consistently great post Becky.
It’s a fab deal! We haven’t seen them that low in a LONG time (like probably since extreme couponing came on the air). It works out (without anything but that transaction) to $1.83 a bottle, and these are the BIG bottles!
Thanks. My stockpile is getting low and we use this brand.
On the Head & Shoulders….along with the BOGO coupon, could we also use 3 of the $1 off that were in yesterday’s P&G as well?
no. It’s such a bummer, right? But according to the Target coupon policy, you can use a Manufacture BOGO coupon with a Target coupon, or a Target BOGO with a MQ, but not a MBOGO with another MQ.
Thanks! I couldn’t remember if they allowed it or not. That saves me a hassle.
No problem… I only know because I forgot that was their policy and tried to use both
I could not find the glade expressions for $1.99 I need air freshener too! Was this clearance?
nope… regular price. These are the refills. They are at the very end of the air freshener isle, in the top shelf at both of the Target’s I frequent… maybe that will help?
i feel kind of bad. i didn’t notice this till i got home and went over my receipts. when the total came up it seemed ok, i mean was lower than i expected but i’m horrible with math and thought i’d figured something wrong. 3 hours of sleep at night doesn’t help either. well on the bogo coupon they took off 9.49 instead of 6.99.
I just left Target and they did that to mine also. She kept trying to change it and the register wouldn’t let her override it. Don’t worry about it, she let me keep my savings!
It did the same at my Target.
oh my goodness!!! Okay, phew! It did the same at mine, and I didn’t catch it until we got home because I was separating the transactions while my honey paid for them. He didn’t notice either.
If yours is doing this, (possibly because original price is $9.49 for the big bottles?) they work out to $13.47 BEFORE the gift cards, then $3.47 after the gift cards or $.58 each!
So funny… I went back today (to the original one I went to) right before they closed, and apparently it was fixed, because my OOP was the $20.97 this time.
Is this just at the Idaho stores? I live in Arizona, do you think it’s the same deals here?
it’s advertised in the store ad, so it’ll work nationwide!!
Thank you thank you!! I just had a great day at target!
Hurrah! Love that!
Sorry, but do you really think it’s okay to pass off a young child as a “customer?” I saw a woman at the Milwaukee Target the other day with 5 young children (including a newborn; oldest was 6 or 7 or so) arguing with a cashier that they were all “customers” and she should be allowed to use 6 coupons that stated “one per customer.” It was appalling. It’s stuff like that that gives couponers a bad reputation.
My opinion — when kids are old enough to do their own shopping and handle a transaction by themselves, then fine, they’re a “customer.” But a baby, toddler, preschooler? No.
i consider my preschooler a customer. he earns money and chooses what he wants to buy. ya he needs help counting out the money but he is still a customer. my 6 year old worked all summer to earn the money to buy a bike. she went shopping with me and picked it out. she is a customer imo. they get birthday money. it is theirs to spend and that imo makes them customers.
I’ve seen the same thing, a baby in a carseat the mom arguing was a customer so she could get more freebies. Ridiculous!
the wording on the coupon didn’t say per customer… it said per person. And yes, while my daughter doesn’t count as a customer (she will when she understands cost) she absolutely counts as a person!
The Milwaukee target said NO to the Head and Shoulders deal for me. I had the right product and the gift cards rung up fine, and then the computer wouldn’t except the coupons. The manager and checker both said it was wrong to try and against store policy-a rotten experience and a waste of time.
I would have wanted them to show me the store policy that they claimed it was against! That is terrible!
I didn’t have any problems at the Eagle/Chinden Target! The register also gave $9.49 off the $6.99 bottles!
I would contact customer service… that is LAME! I’m SO Sorry you had that experience! I <3 the Target on Milwaukee! They are usually the one I shop at, we just happened to be on the other end of town this week.
