Strawberry Daiquiri Cupcakes {Red, White & Blue}

Ingredients

  • Cake Mix
  • Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Non-Alcoholic Frozen Concentrate
  • Whipped Topping
  • Strawberries and Blueberries to garnish

Directions

  1. Make Cupcakes according to package directions.
  2. When cooled, poke holes in the top of the cupcakes.  I used a birthday candle to do it.
  3. Spoon on the thawed Strawberry Daiquiri Concentrate enough to fill the holes on top of the cupcakes.

4.  Top with whipped topping and garnish with blueberries and strawberries.  * I am not a fan of blueberries so I did not use any even though it would have been WAY more festive.  SO YUMMY!

  1. Do we put the cupcakes in the frig after we have put the thawed concentrate in them and do we use a whole can of concentrate and how many cupcakes does it make? Hoping to hear back soon as I’d like to make them for July 4th,
    thank you.

    • They taste better if you put them in the fridge, so I would. I made 30 cupcakes and didn’t quite use 1 whole can but just about. I was putting about 2-3 tablespoons on each one…so it probably depends on how much you use on each one. Hope that helps!
