Be sensible in your efforts to save money. Remember it’s not cost effective to spend $5.00 in gas driving around to several stores to save $1.
There was a time when gas was so cheap that you could afford to drive around to get the best price, but those days are over. Gas is expensive, so consider it into the cost of an item when you have to drive far to get it.
