Key:
★– means the price is better than generic/wholesale/mass store prices!
★– means this is when we stock up!!!
If we don’t star an item but it’s listed here, that means it is still a better deal than you would get at a superstore on any given day.

It all began on October 8th, 2008. Cathy and Monica started this coupon blog to help friends and family learn about their new money saving hobby couponing! Since then they have taught thousands of women (and men)

Can you use up rewards on purchasing a home improvement giftcard?
It’s a bummer, but no.
Restrictions on the +ups are, “…not valid on prescriptions, prescription co-pays, cigarettes, alcohol, gift cards, online purchases, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, prepaid cards, stamps, other mail services and items prohibited by law and may not be combined with other offers.”
There is also a single check rebate on Revlon Beauty Tools making it an even better money maker. Get $1.50 wyb $5 worth of tools!
Woot! Woot! Thanks Lynde!!!! Gonna add it right now!!
I have a general question. I have 652 rewards points. When I was on the website, logged into my account. I thought I read that that was Silver status and you get 10% off. I haven’t been seeing it on my receipts though. Am I wrong?
You are right…. but there is a catch!
The 10% off only applies to regular priced items. So… if you are only buying sale items (as we couponers do
) you will not see the 10% off unless 10% is a greater discount than the sale price (you get whichever discount is greater, but not both). Clear as mud?
Thanks Mel! I went back and looked at the last couple of receipts and see where it did take the 10% off a few things. I bought 2 Spin & Light up kids Arm & Hammer toothbrushes, 2 design your own Arm and Hammer kids Spinner brushes, a design your own orajel toothpaste, flouride-free orajel toothpaste, 3 Twizzlers and 2 Reese’s PB Cups for $11.72. The toothbrushes and toothpastes are spend $10, get $5 up. There were $1 off spinner toothbrushes, $1 of design your own Orajel toothpaste and $0.50 off flouride free Orajel toothpaste coupons in last weeks inserts. Then $1/3 Twizzlers from a while back and then the video coupons for Twizzlers and Reeses.
Can you use a 10% off shopping pass to get the home improvement gift cards since it is not an ‘up’ reward?
Sadly no. All the Rite Aid discounts (up rewards, wellness discounts, etc.) are not valid on gift card purchases
Just a cool deal alert:
I found $5/1 L’Oreal Skin Care product peelee at albertsons.
I grabbed 2 since they were manufac. Q’s and stashed them in my binder.
Anyhow, so then L’Oreal Skin Care products are B1G1 50% off at Rite Aid.
The face cleaners were $7.29 each … so the deal went:
$7.29+$3.65 = $10.94
Use 2 X $5/1 peelees = $0.94 … Just $0.47/each
The coupon went through just fine no beeps or anything. Great deal if someone is in need of face cleaners
That is a fab deal!
However, taking peelies off of the products they are intended for is not fab coupon etiquette
Not the peelee on the product (that is very bad) … it was a peel pad hanging on the shelf … like a tearpad by the product. I have no idea what their ‘proper’ names are?
Sorry for the confusion
Ah! Tearpads are fair game!! Yay!! Fab deal!!
OK – thank you for the real name
